Full Head Spa, Body Massage & FacialThe complete Signature Head Spa sequence - scalp massage, steam therapy, hand, arm, shoulder and neck massage - flows seamlessly into a 60-minute natural lift facial massage. Using carefully chosen techniques, the facial massage works to lift, sculpt and deeply relax the facial muscles, reducing tension and supporting your skin's natural radiance.
Rinse, Condition, Finish & RestYour hair is rinsed, conditioned and finished. Optional drying is available on request. Before you leave, take a quiet moment - this treatment deserves a gentle re-entry into the world.
What to Bring
Please arrive with clean, product-free skin where possible and hair free from heavy styling products. No need to wash your hair beforehand. Wear a comfortable, loose top and avoid wearing makeup to your appointment if you can, as the facial massage works directly on your skin. If you do arrive wearing makeup, we will remove it as part of the treatment. We recommend clearing your schedule for the rest of the afternoon - this is not a treatment to rush away from.

What is a natural lift facial massage?
A natural lift facial massage uses precise massage techniques to work the muscles of the face, jaw, neck and decolletage. It helps to release deeply held tension, improve circulation and give the face a naturally lifted, refreshed appearance - without any devices or products that penetrate the skin.
Do I need to remove my makeup before arriving?
You are welcome to arrive either way. If you have makeup on, Charlotte will remove it gently as part of the treatment preparation. If you prefer to arrive bare-faced, that is absolutely fine too.
Is this treatment suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes - the natural lift facial massage uses only gentle, manual techniques. Charlotte will discuss your skin during your consultation and adapt accordingly. If you have specific skincare concerns, please mention them when booking.
Can I book the Ultimate Unwind as a gift?
It makes a wonderful gift - especially for a birthday, special occasion or simply someone who deserves a proper treat. Please contact us to arrange a gift experience.
How will I feel after two hours?
Most clients describe feeling deeply relaxed, lighter in the face and noticeably calmer. Some people feel a little sleepy, which is a sign the treatment has done its work. We recommend taking it gently for the rest of the day.
After Your Treatment
Avoid washing your hair for at least 24 hours. Avoid applying makeup or active skincare products to the face for the rest of the day to allow your skin to breathe and settle. Drink plenty of water - this is particularly important after a two-hour treatment. Avoid alcohol for the remainder of the day where possible. You may notice your face looks slightly flushed immediately after the facial massage; this is a normal response and will settle within an hour or so. Try to spend the rest of the day gently - the Ultimate Unwind is most effective when followed by rest.
Before You Book
The Ultimate Unwind is not suitable if you have hair extensions, as the treatment process may affect them. We are also unable to carry out this treatment during pregnancy. The treatment may also not be suitable if you have active acne, rosacea in a flare, recent facial surgery, Botox or filler injections within the past two weeks, open skin wounds on the face or scalp, or active scalp conditions in an acute phase. If you have a recent neck or shoulder injury, conditions affecting the cervical spine, or have had any recent dental surgery or jaw procedure, please contact us before booking as this may affect the facial massage. If you are unsure, please get in touch and Charlotte will be happy to advise.
