Full Head Spa & Targeted Back MassageThe complete Signature Head Spa sequence - scalp
massage, treatment products and steam therapy - is
followed by a focused 30-minute massage of the back,
neck and shoulders. This is where deeply held tension
is worked through and released.
Rinse, Condition & FinishYour hair is rinsed and conditioned to lock in the
treatment benefits. Optional drying is available on

What to Bring
Please arrive with your hair free from heavy styling
products where possible. No need to wash your hair
beforehand. Wear or bring a comfortable, loose top as
Charlotte will be working on your back and shoulders.
If you have any specific areas of tension or discomfort
in your back, neck or shoulders, please mention this
at the start of your appointment.

What is the difference between the Signature Escape and the Signature Head Spa?
The Signature Escape includes everything in the Signature Head Spa, plus an additional 30-minute targeted massage of the back, neck and shoulders. It is ideal if you carry tension in your upper and lower back as well as your scalp.
Do I need to get undressed for the back massage?
You will need to remove your top for the back massage, and Charlotte will ensure you are fully covered with towels throughout. If you would prefer not to, please let us know and we can discuss alternatives.
How long is the back massage element?
The back, neck and shoulder massage is 30 minutes, following the full 75-minute Signature Head Spa sequence.
Can I book this as a gift?
Absolutely - it makes a lovely gift for someone who needs a proper escape. Please get in touch to arrange a gift experience.
Is there anything I should do to prepare?
Just arrive relaxed and ready to switch off. Wear something comfortable and let Charlotte know at the start if you have any areas of particular tension she should focus on.
After Your Treatment
Avoid washing your hair for at least 24 hours to allow
the treatment products to work fully. Drink plenty of
water after your appointment - the massage element can
release tension from the muscles and staying hydrated
supports this. You may feel deeply relaxed or slightly
sleepy; this is completely normal. If you have any
tenderness in the massaged areas, a warm compress can
help ease this.
Before You Book
The Signature Escape is not suitable if you have hair
extensions, as the treatment process may affect them.
We are also unable to carry out this treatment during
pregnancy. It may also not be suitable if you have open
wounds or active scalp conditions in an acute phase,
recent back, neck or shoulder surgery, or conditions
affecting the spine. If you are unsure, please contact
us before booking and Charlotte will be happy to advise.
