Consultation & Scalp DiagnosisWe begin by taking time to understand your scalp health, hair concerns and lifestyle. Using a detailed scalp diagnosis, Charlotte identifies exactly what your scalp needs and tailors the treatment products and techniques to you personally.
Deep Cleanse & PreparationYour scalp and hair are thoroughly cleansed using professional Japanese products to remove product build-up, excess oil and impurities, creating the ideal foundation for the treatment to follow.
Scalp Massage & Steam TherapyThe heart of the ritual - a deeply relaxing scalp massage using targeted treatment products, followed by a warm steam treatment to open the follicles and allow the active ingredients to penetrate deeply. This is where the true reset happens.
Rinse, Condition & FinishYour hair is gently rinsed and conditioned to seal in the treatment benefits, leaving your scalp balanced and your hair soft and refreshed. Drying is available on request.
What to Bring
Please arrive with your hair free from heavy styling products where possible - this helps us get the most from your scalp diagnosis. There's no need to wash your hair beforehand; we take care of everything. Wear or bring a comfortable top as your neck and shoulders may get slightly damp. We recommend avoiding heat styling for 24 hours after your treatment to allow the products to continue working.

Do I need to wash my hair before coming?
No - please arrive with your hair as it normally is. We cleanse your scalp as part of the treatment, so there's no need to wash beforehand.
Will my hair be dried afterwards?
Drying is available on request at no extra charge. Just let us know when you book or on arrival if you'd prefer to leave with your hair dried.
Is the treatment suitable for all hair types?
Yes. The Reset Ritual is tailored to your scalp type during your consultation, so it works equally well for oily, dry, sensitive or combination scalps, and for all hair textures.
How often should I have a head spa treatment?
For general maintenance and relaxation, once a month is ideal. If you have specific scalp concerns such as dryness, sensitivity or build-up, Charlotte can advise a schedule suited to your needs.
Will the treatment help with hair loss or thinning?
While we don't make medical claims, the scalp massage and treatment products used are designed to stimulate circulation and support scalp health, which can contribute to a healthier environment for hair growth. Charlotte will discuss this with you during your consultation.
After Your Treatment
To get the most from your Reset Ritual, avoid washing your hair for at least 24 hours after your appointment. This allows the treatment products to continue working. Avoid heavy heat styling for the rest of the day. You may notice your scalp feels lighter, cleaner and more balanced - this is normal and a sign the treatment has done its work. Staying well hydrated after your appointment also supports the overall results.
Before You Book
The Reset Ritual is not suitable if you have hair extensions, as the treatment process may affect them. We are also unable to carry out this treatment during pregnancy. The treatment may also not be suitable if you have open wounds, sores or active skin conditions on the scalp such as psoriasis flares or eczema in an acute phase, or a recent scalp surgery or procedure.
