Deep Cleanse & PreparationA thorough professional cleanse removes build-up and impurities from your scalp and hair, preparing everything for the treatment phase and helping your scalp absorb the active ingredients more effectively.
Full Head Spa & Upper Body MassageThe full Reset Ritual sequence - scalp massage, treatment products and steam therapy - is followed by a deeply relaxing massage of your hands, arms, shoulders and neck. This extended sequence allows tension held in the upper body to release fully, creating a truly whole-body sense of calm.
Rinse, Condition & FinishYour hair is rinsed and conditioned to lock in the treatment benefits. Optional drying is available on request, leaving you ready to step back into your day feeling completely renewed.
What to Bring
Please arrive with your hair free from heavy styling products where possible. There is no need to wash your hair beforehand. Wear or bring a loose, comfortable top as Charlotte will be working on your shoulders and arms - a vest top or something with short sleeves works well. We recommend avoiding heat styling for 24 hours after your treatment. If you have any areas of tension or discomfort in your neck or shoulders, please let Charlotte know before your treatment begins.

What is the difference between the Signature and the Reset Ritual?
The Signature Head Spa includes everything in the Reset Ritual, with an additional 15 minutes dedicated to a relaxing massage of your hands, arms, shoulders and neck. It is ideal if you carry tension in your upper body as well as your scalp.
Do I need to get undressed for the massage?
No. The hand, arm, shoulder and neck massage is carried out over or around your clothing. We simply ask that you wear something comfortable that allows easy access to your shoulders and arms.
Can I book the Signature as a gift?

How long will my hair stay clean and fresh after the treatment?
Most clients find their scalp feels noticeably cleaner and lighter for several days. We recommend waiting at least 24 hours before washing to allow the treatment products to continue working.
Is there anything I should do to prepare?
Just arrive relaxed and ready to switch off. No need to wash your hair beforehand. If you have any areas of tension in your neck, shoulders or arms, let Charlotte know at the start and she will tailor the massage accordingly.
After Your Treatment
Avoid washing your hair for at least 24 hours to allow the treatment products to work fully. Try to avoid heavy heat styling for the rest of the day. Drink plenty of water after your appointment - the massage element can release tension from the muscles and staying hydrated supports this process. You may feel deeply relaxed or slightly sleepy after your treatment; this is completely normal. If you have any sensitivity or tenderness in the massaged areas, a warm compress can help ease this.
Before You Book
The Signature Head Spa is not suitable if you have hair extensions, as the treatment process may affect them. We are also unable to carry out this treatment during pregnancy. The treatment may also not be suitable if you have open wounds, sores or active scalp conditions in an acute phase, recent scalp or neck surgery, or severe inflammation in the shoulder, arm or hand areas. If you have a history of neck injury, whiplash, or cervical spine conditions, please let us know before booking.
