After Your Treatment

Drink plenty of water after your treatment. You may
experience some mild soreness in the worked areas
over the next 24 hours, particularly if you carry
significant tension - this is a normal response and
will pass. Avoid strenuous activity for the rest of
the day and try to rest where possible.

Before You Book

Back, Neck & Shoulders massage is not suitable during
pregnancy. It may also not be suitable if you have
open wounds or broken skin in the treatment area,
recent surgery to the back, neck or shoulders, acute
whiplash or cervical spine conditions, or a fever or
